Everyone who works in the hotel is very very nice and amicable. It has great location in Richmond as it's really close to many restaurants, and the mall.

We loved the convenient and central location of this hotel. We could easily access various places to eat and shop. The parking facility is ample and secure. The room was spacious, tidy, and equipped with an efficient kitchenette. The breakfast options had both hot and cold choices, providing a good variety. The staff was friendly and prompt in fulfilling our requests for additional towels and washcloths. The bed was comfortable and ensured a sound sleep.
